This morning all of the children in FS2 had a fantastic time at our stay and play.  We invited our grown-ups in to help us with some activities based on our topic ‘How many colours are in a rainbow?’  It was great fun to look back at the stories we have been reading (Elmer, Sharing a Shell and the Rainbow Fish) and do some arts and crafts based around them.  We made Elmer masks using collage, used peppers to paint scales for the Rainbow Fish and did a fun experiment with skittles and warm water where we watched the colours run into a pattern.  Thank you so much to the grown-ups who were able to come and play with us!
