The children in Reception have been enjoying Easter themed activities during the last two weeks. We have been writing sentences to describe some sparkly eggs, have been practising counting how many eggs there are altogether from two groups and fed the Easter bunny some carrots after we read the word that was written on them. Our new topic for this half-term is called – why is water wet? We will be learning all about where water comes from, which creatures live underwater, why plants need water to grow and all about pirates!
