This half-term the children in class 2 have been learning all about farms, life cycles and Spring. We have thoroughly enjoyed having eggs in the classroom that we have watched hatch and grow into chicks. We have been practising our phonics, learning lots of new phonemes. We have been busy ordering numerals 1-20 both forwards and backwards, as well as finding one more and one less than given numbers. The children have also enjoyed looking at non-fiction books about farms and Spring. The children have also been using their creativity to make eggs using various decorative materials.
