This half term in Geography, children in Class 8 are using their geographical knowledge of the local area to predict whether more cars will travel up or down the hill outside of school. We discussed what features in the local area may influence which direction cars travel. After writing our prediction, we sat outside school and collected our data using pictograms (Year 1s) or tally charts (Year 2s). Tomorrow, children will create a bar graph to show our final results and then write a conclusion.
