Welcome to Class 6

My name is Miss Watts and I am a Year 1 Teacher. My favourite subject is Art because I love to paint in my free time. I really enjoy going on holiday and discovering new places and their cultures. On a weekend I like to go to the cinema and visit Stately Homes.

Attendance Certificates for Spring Term April 2018

Congratulations to all of the children in Reception and Year 1 for achieving 96.5% and above attendance for the Spring Term. Children were presented with a certificate in assembly.

Geography walk

Today we went on a Geography walk around Deepcar, We identified local landmarks and drew them on our maps. We had a great time and our grown ups came along with us! 


The children loved the Easter bonnet parade! We saw some brilliant creations!

Arts Week Music Workshop

Class 6 had the chance to explore the music of the 1920's focusing on Jazz music. We learned some new songs and enjoyed playing together as a band. 

Arts Week Dance workshop

  Class 6 were lucky to have Mrs Firth come in and teach them the 1920's Charleston dance. They had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed the session.
