Today year 2 have visited Bolsterstone Church as part of our RE topic based on religious symbols.
The children have loved exploring the church, finding different features and artefacts. The children also listened to Reverend Hilda explaining each feature and why they were important in a church. The children asked lots of questions and they were keen to listen and find out about all the different events that happen in a church. It has been a fabulous afternoon and the children especially enjoyed the walk in the sunshine!
